To stay fit and be healthy, I try to limit my sugar intake, drink lots of water, and I exercise. In addition to teaching 2 spin classes each week, I walk A LOT and have just started the Couch to 5K program!

ReplyDeleteI've been interested in those Skechers Shape-Ups!!! I try to work out most days, even if it's just 30 minutes playing Just Dance on the Wii. And we only eat meat a few times a week, so most of our meals are healthy with lots of veggies and beans.

ReplyDeleteI run to eat.. is my motto. I sign up for half marathons so I know that I need to train & run for the event. I also did my first Triathlon last year & another this year.. I'm hoping to do more in the future. Oh, I also run around after my 1 & 2 year olds.. that's considered an exercise, right?
ReplyDeleteAt nearly 8 months pregnant, I can't do what I used to do to stay fit because my body just can't keep up with it. Lately I've been doing some light weight training at the gym and going on walks.
